An unmanned Road Cruise rental station using the parking lot of "DONO," a wood-fired pizza restaurant in Konda-cho, Tamba-Sasayama City. Keys are received by holding a card up to the reader, allowing pickup and return 24 hours a day. It's about a 10-minute drive from Sanda-Nishi IC on the Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway, and about 5 minutes from Tamba Traditional Crafts Park Tachikui Toen. From Aino Station on the JR Fukuchiyama Line, it's about 3.6km by taxi. The vehicle available is a Mazda Bongo-based 4WD cab-conversion camper that seats and sleeps 6. Rates are charged hourly, and pets can ride along for an additional fee. This is a great starting point for trips to the Tamba and Kita-Kinki areas.
